We can pre-schedule you every two weeks (2% discount), three weeks (3% discount), four weeks or more (5% discount) with a standing order for delivery. If you would like to sign up and take the hassle out of ordering, then please complete the below.

We will get back to you in order to determine how much food to deliver and how often and to confirm your automatic order and delivery day. Your delivery will then happen on your pre-scheduled date automatically.

If you wish to cancel or change anything on your order, then please let us know 1 working day in advance. Reminders are sent out 2 days before pre-scheduled deliveries along with order quotes. Deliveries are charged at R175 for orders under R1300 in value and are free of charge for orders above this amount.

Rotation Delivery T&C’s
Applies only to delivery and collection orders signed up for Regular Rotation.
Payments must be made via EFT, prior to or on delivery, no credit cards unfortunately.

We will leave a postcard behind with your next delivery (or collection) date, and you will receive an email reminder and copy of your order two days before your delivery date to confirm. 

Orders cannot be delayed by more than one delivery cycle, orders must be delivered within the current delivery cycle to qualify for the appropriate discount e.g. if you are on a 3 week delivery rotation, then within 3 weeks of the original delivery date, if on a 4 week delivery rotation, then within 4 weeks.

You can cancel your rotational order by giving us one rotation cycle’s notice – e.g. if you are on a 3 week delivery rotation, then 3 weeks’ notice is required, if on a 4 week delivery rotation, then 4 weeks’ notice is required. You can cancel your order by sending us a mail at orders@paleopetpure.com

You can modify your order or delay your delivery dates by sending an e-mail to orders@paleopetpure.com – please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Rotation orders cannot be placed online and must be paid via for EFT.
