Our Online Loyalty Programme

Earn and Redeem PaleoPoints with Every Purchase!

Earn Points: For every R100 spent online, you’ll receive 10 PaleoPoints.
Redeem Points: Use your points to save on future online orders. Each 10 PaleoPoints equals R1.
Tub Returns: We’ll load points onto your account for clean, reusable tubs returned.

Points Policy:

  • Applicability: Points are non-cashable and can only be used for online orders.
  • Validity: Don’t worry about losing your points—they never expire.
  • Loyalty Programs: You can only participate in one loyalty program at a time. So, if you’re earning points online, you won’t be eligible for discounts on Recurring Orders.

Our Pet-a-Porter Loyalty Programme

Join Our Pet-a-Porter Loyalty Programme! Sign up for a Recurring Order every two, three, or four to six weeks and enjoy automatic discounts on your monthly orders! Feel free to adjust your orders as needed—just give us a heads-up one working day before your scheduled delivery or collection. We’ll send you a reminder and a copy of your order two working days before it’s due. To qualify for the discount, please make sure all orders are paid via EFT before delivery.

Pet-a-Porter & Recurring Orders Policy

  • Applicability: These terms apply to deliveries and collections set up under Recurring Orders.
  • Payments: All payments must be made via EFT, either before or at the time of delivery. Card payments are only accepted for collections.
  • Notifications: You’ll receive a postcard with your next delivery or collection date, and an email reminder with a copy of your order two days before it’s due.
  • Order Timing: Orders must be delivered within the current delivery cycle to qualify for the discount. For example, if you have a 3-week rotation, your order must be delivered within 3 weeks of the original date. For a 4-6 week rotation, it must be within 4-6 weeks.
  • Cancellations: To cancel your recurring order, provide notice equivalent to one rotation cycle (e.g. 3 weeks for a 3-week cycle, 4 weeks for a 4-week cycle). Send cancellation requests to Orders.
  • Modifications: To modify or delay your delivery, you can reply to your delivery reminder with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Order Placement: Recurring Orders must be placed via email on our order form and paid for via EFT.
  • Loyalty Programs: You can only participate in one loyalty program at a time. If you’re receiving a discount for recurring orders, you cannot earn online points simultaneously.
  • Order Definition: One order is considered equivalent to one delivery.
  • Tub Returns: We’ll credit your next invoice for clean, reusable tubs returned.

Return Your Clean, Used Tubs and Get Rewarded!

Return your clean, used tubs and earn either PaleoPoints or a credit on your invoice for those that can be reused. Tubs that can’t be reused will be sent for recycling. By reusing most of the tubs we produce, we can significantly reduce plastic waste, so we strongly encourage you to wash and return them.

Credit Details:

  • 1.5 Kg Tub and Lid: 80c (8 PaleoPoints)
  • 750g Tub and Lid: 50c (5 PaleoPoints)
