Setting Up Your First Order:

Once we have your submission, we’ll reach out to you to confirm the amount of food to deliver or for you to collect, the frequency of deliveries and your scheduled delivery or collection day. Once confirmed, your delivery will occur automatically on the pre-scheduled date. You’ll receive an email reminder with a copy of your order two working days before your delivery, and you’re welcome to make any changes at that time. Please ensure your order is paid for prior to delivery.

Public Holiday Adjustments:

  • We do not deliver on public holidays. If your delivery falls on a public holiday, we will usually deliver the weekday before.
  • For holidays on both Friday and Monday, deliveries will be made on the Thursday before the Friday holiday and the Tuesday after the Monday holiday.
  • We will always inform you at least 2 working days before of any changes in delivery days.

December Closure:

  • We close for two weeks in December, typically just before Christmas, and reopen in early January. Please plan to store 2-3 weeks’ worth of food during this period. We will notify you of our closure dates in early December and assist with arrangements for your food needs while we are closed.

Delivery Charges:

  • Deliveries are R175 for orders under R1300 and free for orders above R1300.

Pet-a-Porter & Recurring Orders Policy

  • Applicability: These terms apply to deliveries and collections set up under Recurring Orders, by signing up for this service you agree to this Policy.
  • Payments: All payments must be made via EFT, either before or at the time of delivery. Card payments are only accepted for collections.
  • Notifications: You’ll receive a postcard with your next delivery or collection date, and an email reminder with a copy of your order two days before it’s due. By signing up for this service you agree to receive notifications from us via email.
  • Order Timing: Orders must be delivered within the current delivery cycle to qualify for the discount. For example, if you have a 3-week rotation, your order must be delivered within 3 weeks of the original date. For a 4-6 week rotation, it must be within 4-6 weeks.
  • Cancellations: To cancel your recurring order, provide notice equivalent to one rotation cycle (e.g. 3 weeks for a 3-week cycle, 4 weeks for a 4-week cycle). Send cancellation requests to Orders.
  • Modifications: To modify or delay your delivery, you can reply to your delivery reminder with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Order Placement: Recurring Orders must be placed via email on our order form and paid for via EFT.
  • Loyalty Programs: You can only participate in one loyalty program at a time. If you’re receiving a discount for recurring orders, you cannot earn online points simultaneously.
  • Order Definition: One order is considered equivalent to one delivery.
  • Tub Returns: We’ll credit your next invoice for clean, reusable tubs returned.
