The Real Thing Mega Omega Fish Oil contains EPA and DHA and can aid in alleviating conditions ranging from ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) to autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. Over 3000 studies have confirmed that Omega 3 fatty acids help prevent a range of diseases.
Dogs who are ill, have dry skin, allergies, lack concentration or have epilepsy might benefit greatly from additional Omega 3. Please note this product is very concentrated, the recommended dosage for dogs and cats is about 500 mg per day, this equates to roughly about 1/4 of a teaspoon of this oil.
Omega 3 Fatty Acids – 1600 mg per 5 ml
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) – 767mg per 5 ml
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) – 530 mg per 5 ml
Other Omega 3 Fatty Acids – 303 mg per 5 ml
Directions for use: Use 5 ml per day for large pets, 3 ml per day for medium pets and 2 ml per day for small pets. Stop use four days prior to any planned surgical procedure.
