Delivery FAQ
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the Greater Johannesburg and Pretoria regions. For other parts of the country, we can arrange delivery via cold freight and overnight courier. Please contact us for a quote.
Is there a minimum order amount?
- For Delivery: Orders must be R450 or more (excluding delivery charges). Orders over R1300 qualify for free delivery.
- For Collection: There is no minimum order amount.
How long does delivery take?
- In-House Deliveries: We deliver to specific areas on designated days. Orders are usually delivered before 16:00, depending on traffic and the delivery schedule in your area.
- Courier Deliveries: Orders sent via overnight courier can be shipped up until Wednesday for delivery by Friday.

Need Your Food in a Hurry? Here’s What You Can Do:
- Overnight Courier: For urgent orders, we recommend using overnight courier service. Order between 6 and 16 packs of 1,2 Kg or 1.5 kg food for best results.
- Polystyrene Containers:
- Option 1: Fits up to 6 tubs of 1,2 Kg or 1.5 kg food plus a small packet of bones or treats.
- Option 2: Fits up to 8 tubs of 1.5 kg.
- Option 3: Fits up to 16 tubs of 1,2 Kg or 1,5 Kg food.
- We only ship out courier orders until Wednesday, orders placed for courier delivery after Wednesday will ship on the following Monday.

What Does Delivery Cost?
- Orders Over R1300: Free delivery.
- Orders Under R1300: R175 for Johannesburg & Pretoria deliveries. For deliveries outside of Gauteng, a quote will be provided.
- Urgent Courier Orders: R175 for Greater Johannesburg & Pretoria plus shipping container costs.
Do You Deliver to Work Addresses?
- We can deliver to your work address. It’s a good idea to have a cooler box or bag to store your food until you get home.
- In-House Deliveries: Expect delivery before 16:00 and we do not leave our bags behind.
- Courier Deliveries: Usually delivered between 08:00 and 17:30 in an appropriate container.
What if I live a little further out of town?
- If you’re in a more remote area but still within our delivery scope, we can ship via overnight courier. We recommend using a one of the polystyrene container options above for the best transit.
