Wheat grass is a superfood that is known to contain all 103 elements known to man. The Real Thing Wheat Grass is a power-packed, multi-nutrient source bursting with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, proteins and amino acids – including 8 essential amino acids that the body does not synthesize itself. The main ingredient is chlorophyll, a potent antioxidant which assists with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, red blood cell-boosting and healing functions.
We recommend Wheat Grass powder be added to food for dogs that have cancer, sarcomas or immune issues; the chlorophyll in this product can be greatly beneficial. A dose of roughly one tablespoon a day is recommended for larger breeds.
